Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- MS degree in Agriculture with specialization in Breeding/Agronomy/Plant Pathology/Entomology or related fields
- Ability to work extended hours during the peak planting and harvest seasons
- Experience utilizing MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated ability to balance and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral
- Basic understanding of farm equipment maintenance
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Familiarity with breeding methodologies is desired
- Broad knowledge of crop production and farming practices as well as farm equipment operation and repair
- Having Car Driving License or ability to obtain a Car Driving License
