Qualifications
1. PhD in Plant Breeding & Genetics with 2+ years experience or related field to the position; or MS in Plant Breeding, Statistics or related field to the position with at least 5 years of experience.
2. Demonstrated success in technical proficiency and collaboration and independent thought.
3. Solid knowledge of genetic statistical theory and experimental designs.
4. Computer skills related to data management and analysis; as well as in word processing and spreadsheet programs.
5. English proficiency (oral and written).
6. Teamwork and organization skills.
7. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
