Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Accounting or related field of study
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Compensation with demonstrated experience in Total Rewards/Compensation practices, principles, concepts, and standards
- Proven ability to be analytical and evaluate data effectively
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results
- Demonstrated ability to consult and interface and apply influencing skills
- Ability to constructively challenge the status-quo to achieve better results
- Proficient in SAP
- Proficient in MS Excel (specific proficiency with V-lookup, pivot tables, macros, and advanced formatting)
