Johnson & Johnson is implementing Workday, a Human Capital Management (HCM) solution to enable the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Enterprise Talent Agenda and provide greater visibility and alignment of J&J's workforce as well as drive standardization of global Human Resources (HR) processes. We are building a HR Operations team in Asia to manage the various aspects of the implementation and to support the day-to-day operations post implementation. The HR Operations team will work in tandem with the Information Technology team to manage future releases and implementation schedules beyond the first phase.

ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall Responsibility
The role will be supporting the Workday HR function by ensuring 100% data accuracy of employee data and driving the processes for employee data administration in Workday.
This role will be responsible for administering day-to-day transactions in Workday including supervisory org changes, custom org changes, Global Mobility setup, transfers, business process exceptions and additional transactions. This role will be accountable for organization and position management data in Workday.
Key Tasks:
- Perform bulk loads in Workday using the Workday EIB.
- Train Regional team members on Workday.
- Ensures processes are in place to support 100% data accuracy.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for common employee data tasks.
- Improve processes and drive requirements for additional Workday improvements to eliminate manual processes.
- Provide accurate and timely estimates for tasks.
- Provide support and leadership in issue resolution on Workday issues
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor of Science degree
Master degree in Business or etc. is preferable
Professional Experience:
Minimum five (5) years of HR experience require with three (3) years in HR Operations
Knowledge and Skills:
- This position requires solid organizational and analysis skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Workday is desired and proficiency in Excel is necessary, experience in Access is highly desired.

Experience working with SaaS (Software as a service) is preferred.

Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation preferred (ie, Workday).

Ability to build strong relationships within the organization with Specialist Groups (COEs), Enterprise stakeholders, IT, Finance and other cross-functional partners strongly preferred.
Others:
- Travel requirements include approximately 20% travel in 2013 and then approximately 15% travel thereafter.
