Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- BSc in a biological science or an agricultural related field of study
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects through completion
- Effective computer skills, specifically using MS Office programs
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons
- Knowledge of plant breeding & research methodologies
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary / multicultural research team
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience with canola &/or plant breeding
- Knowledge of crop production or growth room production methodologies
- Hybrid research experience
