Qualifications
- MS degree in Agronomy, Breeding, Physiology or related field with at least 1 year of experience. Ph. D. preferred
- Communication skills including the capability to clearly present information influence others through oral and written communications.
- Capability to work with people in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; e.g. team orientation.
- Ability to work in outdoor environment.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of plant response to abiotic stress (water and nitrogen).
- Irrigation Management
- Good agronomy skills with previous experience in conducting agronomic trials.
