Our national managed care company is seeking a Project Consultant in our Moon Township, PA Service Center. As a strategic member of the Customer Service Operations (CSO) team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of projects and programs in direct support of business objectives. Sets standards and ensures compatibility with industry, regulatory, and public health requirements.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Assumes responsibility for programs and projects, at the direction of the management team

·         Assists with the analysis, implementation and evaluation phases of the process.

·         Assists in translating needs, issues, and ideas into effective strategies and action plans.

·         Coordinates team/project activities and schedules.

·         Performs data analysis, synthesizes data and identifies key findings.

·         Communicates results/recommendations to management team, develops creative alternative solutions, and recommends action steps to team and client.

·         Provides technical assistance and training to plans and other users on technical aspects and underlying concepts.

·         Develops policies, procedures and guidance to support identified processes.
