Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Quality or a related Science Field
7 or more years Chemical Manufacturing Experience.
Must have strong problem solving and people management skills and demonstrated ability in exercising independent judgment and sound decision making. Must show record of taking responsibility and accountability for decisions and end results. Highly effective organizational skills, strong communications skills (verbal and written), and the ability to work with a range of personnel effectively (operators, engineers, plant leadership, corporate personnel) are required. Must be proficient in Windows based programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5 years experience as an ISO Lead Auditor
Certified Manager of Quality/Operational Excellence
Extensive knowledge of Monsanto Ag Products
Extensive knowledge of ISO manufacturing standards
