The Onsite MW Support Project Manager will be responsible for managing middleware portfolio and accountable for environment availability, SLA attainments,preventative actions, RCAs, continuous improvements and new business development. Additional resposibilities include managing a global delivery technical team and should be very comfortable to work in multi-cultural environment. Th role requires 24x7 coverage and situation management. Previous experience with production support leadership, flexibility and ITIL knowledge is required for this position. In addition, this person needs to have strong background in IBM middleware technologies - WMB, MQ, WPS.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years experience in Project Management (Application Support and Maintenance)
- At least 4 years experience in Expertise in the use of MS Office Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- At least 2 years experience in Technical Leadership in Middleware Technologies
- At least 2 years experience in Banking Domain Experience
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- At least 10 years experience in Project Management (Application Support and Maintenance)
- At least 4 years experience in Technical Leadership in Middleware Technologies
- At least 5 years experience in Banking Domain Experience
- At least 4 years experience in Working experience in projects executed in Onshore/Offshore model and managing Global Services teams
- English : Intermediate
