This role also involves managing project teams through full-lifecycle service transformation projects. The lifecycle includes: working with clients to clearly articulate and 'size' their issues, opportunities and objectives; designing and planning effective analytic and transformational solutions; executing the work (including all related stakeholder and other change management activities); delivering the solution (or present the findings as appropriate); and working with IBM and the client to identify, plan and sell-in the next phases of work. Qualified candidates must have proven capability to complete the required work products independently and accurately.
The appropriate candidate must have experience selling and delivering various strategic consulting transformation solutions. These solutions will span Business, Operations, Technology, and Organizational Change Strategy areas. The Consulting Lead must have excellent client relationship skills, demonstrated effective team building, performed successful negotiations, developed winning proposals and have a track record of consistently exceeding aggressive goals.
