Job description
The Case Management Lead is directly accountable/responsible for successful delivery of Public Sector BAO initiatives. The Case Management Lead will also be responsible for design and implementation of the integrated (Case Management) component.
In addition, the Case Management Lead will also design and implement integrated resolution solution comprising Case management; review deliverables and supervise & mentor development team; analyze user requirements and proposed potential system solutions; understand and comply with development standards and SDLC to ensure consistency across the business; and collaborate with Client SMEs, IBM team and other vendor teams.
Generally projects and clients are within the Metro area and require very limited travel outside of the local area. However, some projects do require up to 100% travel for an extended period of time that is generally less than 1 year. Consultants are required to be flexible with their ability to travel and cannot refuse projects due to travel. Position requires candidates to be willing and able to travel up to 100%.
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 2 years experience in designing and implementing SAS Enterprise Case management (ECM)
- At least 2 years experience in configurating/supporting of SAS ECM Metadata (Cases, Incidents, Parties and Financial Items); configurating/supporting of reference table values (All lookup tables)
- At least 2 years experience in setup of User Accounts, Groups, Roles together with SAS Platform Administrator
- At least 2 years experience in migration of UI Definitions, Properties, Workflows, Scripts for UDF and Case Configurations
- At least 2 years experience in development of User Interface Definition Files/Validations, Field Definitions/Validations, and UDF Creation/Maintenance
- At least 2 years experience in the following technologies: ECM Metadata (Case, Incident, Party and Financial Type Definitions, etc.); ECM User Interface Definitions and the Custom Page Builder;
- At least 2 years experience in SAS Workflow Studio and its interaction with the ECM User Interface; SAS Enterprise Guide, Base SAS/Macros, SAS Platform Metadata, SAS Stored Processes
- At least 2 years experience in development/support of custom user interfaces, Development/Support of interfaces with external Systems, ECM Web Services, and ECM Batch loading process
- At least 2 years experience in integrating SAS ECM with Business Objects front end BI tools. Support of customizations to regulatory reporting components
- At least 2 years experience in leading a SAS ECM development team in all phases of SDLC; experience with formal/structured SDLC methodology
- Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Basic knowledge
