Job description

As a member of the BAO Analytics Solutions FAMS (Fraud and Abuse Management System) team. Team members will develop and support the FAMS during Sales cycles and with Delivery in Client environments. The BAO FAMS Consultant is directly accountable/responsible for successful delivery of FAMs initiatives. This consultant will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership, direction, & mentoring to the team as well as managing client relationships.


As a Subject Matter Expert in fraud and abuse detection / risk management. You will perform project tasks and take on leadership roles of sub-teams. You will staff sub-teams and learn how project tasks relate to the larger client context while producing project deliverables. You will participate in developing business requirements and proposal development.

Must have excellent client relationship skills, and performed successful negotiations. Ideal candidates will have experience developing winning proposals and have a track record of consistently exceeding aggressive goals.

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 7 years experience in in one or more of the following industries (health care, tax revenue, property and casualty insurance, internal audit/business controls).
  • At least 7 years experience in in fraud and abuse detection/ management
  • At least 7 years experience in in Powerpoint and Windows.
  • At least 7 years experience in Sales / Marketing capacity
  • At least 7 years experience in in formal requirements definition methods, mapping and gap analysis
  • At least 7 years experience in Professional Consulting
  • Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
  • English: Fluent


Preferred
  • Master's Degree
  • At least 10 years experience in in one or more of the following industries (health care, tax revenue, property and casualty insurance, internal audit/business controls).
  • At least 10 years experience in in fraud and abuse detection/ management
  • At least 10 years experience in in Powerpoint and Windows.
