Need a strong experienced Test Manager / Leader to lead a multi-year test effort, and competitive proposal test solution development and basis of estimation. The person needs to be able to lead a test team of 10 to 30 resources or greater. Need to have a deep understanding of the Full Lifecycle Testing Methodology with prior experience in leading a large test program following a sound test methodology and applying test best industry practices. Need to have experience and be able to produce high quality test work products, such as, Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Traceability Matrices, Test Summary Reports, and others key testing documents.Person should have experience with creating and tracking financial / resource plan successfully. Proposal experience leading the development of the Test Plans, Strategy, Technical Volume and associated estimation is essential. Must be able to brief all levels of management, both client and IBM. Specific experience with the automation testing, performance testing, and experience with providing testing services to Public Sector / Federal projects would be a big plus.
