We are currently seeking a talented Business and Workforce Transformation Managing Consultant to join the Organization & People group within our Strategy & Transformation Consulting Practice. This Consultant will apply skills in Operating Model, Process Redesign, Cost Reduction, Growth Strategy and Organization Design with clients in the following industry verticals: Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Retail, and Travel & Transportation. In this position, you will have the opportunity to solve the most complex business transformation issues on an unprecedented scale, resulting in lasting improvement.
As a Business & Workforce Transformation Strategist, you will assist with proposal development and consulting sales, you will lead project/program delivery, and you will lead and support internal and external programs while managing client relationships.
Specifically, the Business & Workforce Transformation Managing Consultant will:
- DELIVER: Assist with complex programs and projects that span multiple phases, from opportunity and business case definition, through to implementation and post implementation support.
- SELL: Support sales efforts for new and add on work by assisting in identifying, developing and closing opportunities in support of our Core and Invest clients, as well as other clients
- DEVELOP THOUGHT LEADERSHIP: Assist in creating and developing Thought Leadership, and effective Sales and Delivery collateral in specific Organization & People Solution areas, specifically Business and Workforce Initiatives. The Managing Consultant will also be knowledgeable of and translate industry leading practice for client engagements.
- PRACTICE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT: Assist in building communities of Organization & People practitioners. The Managing Consultant will also be a mentor to the team and provide coaching, career development and corrective action.

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in creating and executing Business/Workforce Transformation strategies
- At least 3 years experience in collaboration and Knowledge Management
- At least 2 years experience in team leadership/project management
- At least 2 years experience in the Distribution Sector industry with credibility in one or more of the following industry areas: Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Retail or Travel and Transportation
- At least 2 years experience in executive alignment and organizational governance
- At least 2 years experience in the execution of technology solution management programs
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- Master's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in a consulting or professional services organization.
- At least 5 years experience in creating and executing Business/Workforce Transformation strategies
- At least 5 years experience in collaboration and Knowledge Management
- At least 3 years experience in assisting with proposal development and sales activities
- At least 5 years experience in team leadership/project management
- At least 5 years experience in the Distribution Sector industry with credibility in one or more of the following industry areas: Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Retail or Travel and Transportation
- At least 5 years experience in executive alignment and organizational governance
- At least 5 years experience in the execution of technology solution management programs
- At least 3 years experience in developing and executing in-depth organizational design and transformation projects.
