Job description
The PeopleSoft Technical Lead/Consultant will require the following skill sets:
-HRMS/HCM experience.
- Payroll, ESS, MSS, Benefits, recruitment modules etc.
Candidates for this role should have strong knowledge on North America payroll (Mainframes), Time & Labor, self-service, and Core HR with strong experience in Production support.
As a support resource, the candidate needs to have basic knowledge on administration in different types of environments (migrations, disaster recovery, and maintenance process).
Mainframe knowledge is required.
Additional key skill sets needed:
· Strong technical skills on PeopleTools, SQR with some exposure to
upgrades and applying bundles.
· Basic PSoft admin and MF skills.
· Software engineering experience implementing packaged applications
· Medium-sized project management and technical leadership experience.
· Familiarity in working within, and defining, a structured project delivery
methodology.
· Ability to facilitate and perform business and application requirements
gathering sessions.
· Ability to work with infrastructure personnel on platform requirements and
installation procedures
· Experience with virtual environments
· Database support experience (SQL, Oracle, etc.)
· Ability to follow vendor provided instructions, scripts, directions (i.e.
installation, configuration, hotfix, etc.)
· Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues involving networking, database,
and windows servers
· Ability to work with vendor support, providing them issue background and
remote access support as needed
· Data migration approach review, assist with data migration mapping
· Excellent interpersonal communications and technical writing skills.
· Strong troubleshooting skills.
· Familiarity in working within a structured support environment including
completion of the following types of deliverables:
o Application Support Playbook
o Operational Health Assessmentâ??s
· Ability to successfully support multiple priorities
Preferred attributes:
· Familiarity/Experience in the Financial Services Industry.
· Any Ticketing system for tracking like Tivoli, HP asset center etc.

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years experience in Peoplesoft HCM
- At least 4 years experience in Payroll, ESS, MSS, Benefits, Time and Labor
- At least 2 years experience in Banking Domain
- At least 2 years experience in Technical Leadership
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- English : Intermediate
