Job description
This role is usually performed by a senior specialist skilled in the testing of a wide set of applications and components. They encourage groups to work together and takes responsibility for team building to optimize performance by working with other Team Leaders, planning and managing resources to provide correct levels of cover. They set challenging but achievable team targets to match business metrics, performance standards and test processes and manage Individual and Team Performance. They are usually considered a technical or functional expert in their field. They provide leadership for test planning, execution, reporting and interpretation.
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 1 year experience in Test Leadership
- At least 1 year experience in Test Planning
- At least 1 year experience in Test Execution
- At least 1 year experience in Defect Reporting
- At least 1 year experience in Test Tools (Rational or HP)
- Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Basic knowledge

- Associate's Degree/College Diploma
