Our national managed care company is seeking a Provider Systems Administrator in our Franklin, TN Service Center. As a strategic member of the Customer Service Operations (CSO) team, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, coding and building provider demographic and pricing information into our databases. we are looking for someone with a proven track record of growing and improving a department.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluates and build provider demographic, contract, and/or client provider network information into the transactional system

Code and load contacts into transitional system/other databases.

Facilitates resolutions of contract related pricing issues.

Services as a consultant to health plans with regard to new products/strategies and/or interpreting data.

Analyzes the impact of process or technical changes on existing processes and interfaces based on cross-functional knowledge of transactional systems.
- Acts as an interface between leased networks and customer service/claims.
- May lead cross-functional user groups.Participates in business improvement project teams.

Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
-
High School diploma or equivalent.
-
Knowledge of medical coding (CPT, REV, ICD-9, HCPCS).
-
Proficiency with MS Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree preferred
-
1-2 years provider maintenance, claims processing or coding experience preferred

Working knowledge of MS Access.
