- Assist development teams to maintain all data sources and data storage options.
- Provide an efficient interface with clients and personnel for all processes across various platforms.
- Administer all requests and analyze issues and provide efficient resolution for same.
- Design all program specifications and perform required tests in same.
- Evaluate all functional requirements and map documents and perform analysis on all development processes.
- Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes.
- Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations.
- Provides consulting to clients, IT management, and staff in the identification and resolution of information flow and content issues for small to medium projects.
- Participates in information gathering and issue resolution for all phases of the data warehouse application development process.
Qualifications:

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  
• Previous (3-5 years) experience in data mart and applications development.
  
• Minimum of 1-2 years SQL programming experience required.
  
• Knowledge of the causes and remedies of performance issues in a data warehouse from an SQL coding perspective.
  
• Minimum 1-2 years with Informatica 9.1.0 or higher
  
• Minimum 1-2 years with SAS BASE, SAS Macro v 9.3
  
• Demonstrated excellence in consultative, presentation, verbal, and written communications skills.
  
• Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively with clients, data processing managers, and staff
