Customer Development Executive
Vision Care Business
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for achieving Vision Care product sales to established physician and healthcare professional accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration, executes plans & promotions as defined in the POA & by the line manager, and responsible for the POA execution & personal development.
- Manages performance & product portfolio of all accounts
- Sells & services all Independent & Chain customers within designated territory
- Delivers against Key Call objectives
- Submits territory & cycle reports that include qualitative & quantitative information on relevant customer & market issues
- Installation & follow-up of marketing & trade marketing support programs in accounts to increase penetration of ACUVUE disposable contact lenses to drive sales growth
- Builds strong relationships with individual accounts to develop the ongoing sustainable business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in field sales, preferably to Health Care Professionals
- Good command of Thai & English in speaking, reading, and writing
- Excellent negotiation & communication skill
- Result driven and proactive
- Entrepreneurial understanding
- Ability to work independently with high responsibility
- Computer proficiency (MS words, excel, PowerPoint)
- With own car and driving license
