The SAS Programming Lead is responsible for the planning and execution of statistical programming activities (development, quality control and documentation) in support of clinical trials and submissions to health authorities. He/she will be responsible for review and input on clinical project requirements, development of SAS programs in support of complex analyses, and the leadership of a programming team to complete the analyses as specified in the project requirements. The successful candidate will develop detailed programming plans and provide project specific guidance to programming team members. He/she will drive the programming activities to ensure quality and on-time deliverables, and will participate on cross-functional teams on a daily basis.

Qualifications


A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or other scientific discipline is required. A minimum 6 years experience programming in SAS and analyzing scientific data is required. SAS Programming experience in a pharmaceutical and/or clinical trial environment is also required. Immunology and/or Oncology knowledge is highly desired. Experience working with cross functional teams is desired. This position is located in Raritan, NJ.
