Prescribes, delegates, and coordinates wholistic care to the adult patient, utilizing the nursing process as a framework for practice. Demonstrates communication and leadership skills by collaborating with and giving direction to members of the health care team to achieve positive patient outcomes within established time frames.



QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Experience not required but prefer one year Med/Surg, Long Term Care, Subacute Care. Current State of Wisc licensure in Nursing. Should have strong communication, assessment, organization, and analytical decision-making.

Schedule: Six shifts a pay period including rotating weekends and holidays. Will consider 8 shifts a payperiod also.
