The purpose of the Associate Project Manager is to plan, organize, schedule and manage the implementation of the leadership approved capital projects in the MillerCoors way.  These managers are required to apply project management and MillerCoors financial system expertise to the implementation of approved projects.  The managers will report on the use of capital funds in excess of $300M annually and lead the balancing of the portfolio to achieve Company financial targets.  The majority of the projects associated with this position are in the companyâ s 8 major breweries, as well as the Leinenkugel brewery, the various Pilot breweries, and malting and grain handling facilities across the network.  Projects may be managed at the various barley research areas, farms, and distribution centers.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Project Management and/or project construction experience in the beverage or food related industry is preferred.
  • 3 years of practical experience in project management activities associated with implementing capital projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor others.
