Leads the development and implementation of operational reliability and performance improvements in process, people, asset reliability and optimization. Ensures processes are safe, functional and validated to perform at their design capability and inherent reliability. Plans and coordinates new packaging and product trials and brewery and capital projects.
 
Improves the supply chain operation through process optimization, asset improvement, and new technology utilizing the techniques of problem solving and continuous improvement. Actively seeks out best practices through internal and external benchmarking.
 
Responsible for the safety and quality of our products by adhering to all rules, regulations, policies, programs and related MillerCoors SQF guidelines.

Education level and/or experience

• Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience required; advanced degree in Business Management, Project Management or Engineering preferred.
  
• Minimum of six (6) years in an engineering or maintenance leadership position in a manufacturing environment.   

Skills and/or knowledge

• Knowledge and application of World Class Manufacturing.
