Qualifications
Required skills/experience:
- BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of IT experience
- 2+ years experience with Employee/Organization Master data (SAP HCM)
- 2+ years experience with SAP Business warehouse
- 2+ years experience with SAP Business Objects (web intelligence and xcelsius)
- Superior analytical skills and be able to think through complex, multidimensional problems
- Able to identify system solutions as well as communicate functional design specifications to vendors or other internal IT resources
- Basic statistical analysis skills
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and the ability to work independently in a changing business environment
- Demonstrate initiative to identify and act on opportunities for improvement
- Have a strong customer focus and able to build and maintain effective relationships with multiple teams
- Be results oriented and able to drive issue resolution
- HR Reporting concepts, best practices
