Job Description
- Develops innovative marketing programs based on brand/product strategies
- Monitor maketing programs, market research project, and make adjustment as needed
- Builds strong relationship with medical society, key opinion leaders and monitors industry developments impacting business.
- Forecasts accuracy on demand and participates in review of sales forecasts for assigned product line
- Analyzes key performance indicators and financial reports such as budget, commercial policy, price, net sales, and investment level, and

suggests improvements
- Perform advanced sales and competitor analysis by using IMS, DDP, market intelligence

Coaches, develops and inspires staff

Qualifications


Required
- Minimum 2 years in sales or medical + 4 years marketing experience in Pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in both spoken and written English

Desirable
- Work independently and willing to take challenge
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to possitively collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- MBA is a plus
