- High school degree required.
- Three (3) to five (5) years experience in grain elevators with supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of proper barley conditioning and insect control.
- Ability to read and understand logic diagrams.
- Ability to manage, train and supervise elevator personnel.
- Basic computer knowledge – can quickly develop the skills to manage information in Excel, Word, EBMS and SAP
- EPA commercial certified pesticide license required.
- Must be mechanical inclined and have the ability to find problem areas and make machine repairs with minimum down time.
- Must be able to work in dusty conditions most of the time and very dusty conditions occasionally.
