Improve distributor retail execution through the implementation of Beer.


§ Responsible for building the infrastructure and tracking metrics to support Beer in the region.

§ Develop and execute training for the Beer Strategy and execution within the region.

§ Accountable for Beer performance against established objectives in the region.

§ Development of Distributor management and scorecard and KPI management for Beer.

§ Provides value added solutions and problem solving to the region and distributors as it relates to improving execution opportunities that have been identified through Beer.



Improve distributor retail execution, sales and operating processes through the Implementation of Sales Standards


§ Develop Strategy and tactics for region wide execution of the sales standards.

§ Lead and develop regional training for the comprehension and execution of sales standards.

§ Develop and identify and communicate Best In Class distributor processes as it relates to implementation of sales standards.

§ Develop and execute Score carding and KPI development, alignment, tracking for Sales Standards.

§ Accountable for developing GAP plans with distributors not in compliance with sales standards.



Budget


§ Effective budget management








  • Demonstrated success in relevant prior work experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in a distributor facing position, prior sales experience in CPG preferred
  • Experience selling in a Direct Store Delivery environment preferred
  • Four year college degree is strongly preferred
