The MPF Product Support Manager will oversee the sales and marketing functions for all MPF products for the MPF Bank of Chicago. The manager will be responsible for prospecting and developing new Participating Financial Institution relationships as well as maintaining and servicing existing relationships.
 
Duties will include:

• Execution of all people management activities related to; staffing, training/development, assessment and discipline etc.
• Develop and execute a sales pitch book and comprehensive marketing plan to solicit new PFI’s
• Establishing goals and objectives for the Chicago Bank annually and tracking and monitoring so that we are accountable for achieving these goals.
• Maintain tracking and follow up with prospects to ensure that they are moving towards approval, execution and delivery of loans
• Work closely with the Member and Markets Group to ensure the all members MPF needs are met
• Work to develop and execute a relationship maintenance plan for all PFI’s
• Produce timely and accurate reports on marketing and sales activities
• Participate in the development of strategic and budget plans
• Represent the Bank in mortgage finance associations, conferences and conventions
• Supervise planning and coordination of seminars, training, conventions and industry functions for the MPF Bank Chicago
• Stay current on trends, developments, issues affecting the Mortgage Industry
• Other duties as assigned

Specifications: Undergraduate degree in Finance or Marketing, MBA desired. 7-10 years marketing mortgage products, 5 years management.
