Competency
· BS/M. Sc. in ESH, or related field of study. Agriculture related background or relevant experience will be a big plus.
· Self-starter with the ability to work without daily supervision and be comfortable with ambiguity.
· Good English communication skills in both writing and speaking.
· Related working experience of 2-3 years.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
· Strong organization/coordination skills and documentation skills are plus.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
· Highly motivated and results orientation.
· Agility and interest in learning.
