JOB SUMMARY:
Member of team that analyzes end to end revenue cycle processes, oversees and ensures the accuracy and integrity of Kaiser Permanente's financial data. This team recommends modifications to established practices and procedures, system functionality or implementation as needed to support revenue cycle. Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (KP's Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and license requirements (if applicable), and KP's policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete application configuration as directed, analyze business requirements, workflows, and application capabilities, and collaborate with team of users, analysts and consultants to determine needed solution/configuration to meet business requirements. Perform and document outcomes of testing, and maintain appropriate documentation for change control. Assist with implementation of build into production. Monitors queues for trending and reports issues/discrepancies. Runs reports based on predetermined criteria and perform basic analysis of results.

Qualifications:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, hard science, business, finance, health care or related area.
Equivalent experience will be considered.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using independent judgment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Epic Systems software and/or knowledge of health care revenue cycle a plus.
The ability to travel
