Job description
The successful candidate will have a minimum of six years experience working for a major consultancy or Big Four consulting firm working with the Close, Consolidation, and Financial Reporting space.
Candidate will have hands on delivery experience in each segment of the project lifecycle, with an emphasis on the technical configuration of Hyperion Financial Data Management and Rules development. Will also have extensive experience leading requirements definition workshops, developing design documentation, developing/configuring the solution, data migration, testing, and training. The candidate will have knowledge of leading practices within the consolidation functional process areas. Will have had formal training and delivery experience with the core Hyperion applications (e.g. DRM, Financial Reports, BI+, EA, and FDM).

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year experience in HFM implementations as a Project Manager, Track Lead or Functional Solution Architect.
- At least 1 year experience in Analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, interfacing with business users, preparing for and leading executive workshop.
- At least 2 years experience in Full life cycle implementations, (a minimum of 2), of new consolidation process using a formal implementation methodology and the Hyperion Financial Management application.
- At least 1 year experience in Knowledge of traditional process improvement techniques such as business process reengineering and six sigma applied within a Hyperion HFM implementation is a plus.
- Basic knowledge in Prior experience in a large consulting organization preferred.
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
