IBM Global Business Services is seeking an experienced Oracle Billing & Revenue Management (BRM) Consultant. This person is responsible for successful delivery of Oracle BRM deliverables to clients on Oracle engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. The Oracle BRM Consultant will provide functional and configuration knowledge & manage client relationships within context of the individual role. Responsibilities include documenting requirements and actively participating in design, configuration and testing of Oracle BRM implementation projects. Candidates should have experience on at least 2 full life cycles with some hands-on configuration experience in multiple modules.

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in hands on technical / development experience with Oracle BRM (includes pre-Oracle Portal billing software)
- At least 2 years experience in managing a mixed on-shore/off-shore team
- At least 5 years experience in key aspects of post-paid business and consumer billing functions
- At least 5 years experience in understanding of key Telco/Media and Entertainment industry billing packages and solution providers
- At least 2 years experience in assisting clients with billing assessment and package selection methodologies
- At least 3 years experience in related Oracle Technologies
- At least 4 years experience in commercial off-the-shelf package implementations
- At least 2 years experience in leading the implementation of billing packages
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- At least 5 years experience in hands on technical / development experience with Oracle BRM (includes pre-Oracle Portal billing software)

- At least 7 years experience in key aspects of post-paid business and consumer billing functions

- At least 5 years experience in related Oracle Technologies
- At least 6 years experience in commercial off-the-shelf package implementations
- At least 5 years experience in leading the implementation of billing packages
- English : Intermediate
