Plans, designs & maintains the radiology system used by all Denver/Boulder local market radiology departments. Maintain & support a culture of compliance, ethics & integrity. Responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance for Radiology Management. Maintains knowledge of policies & procedures & performs in accordance w/ applicable regulatory requirements, external laws & accreditation standards as they relate to Radiology Management.
Essential Functions:
- Implements & maintains radiology system to include tables maintenance & working w/ information services solve issues & to more efficiently process information
- Documents system requirements; acts as a liaison between radiology staff, operations & information systems to determine requirements, tables & structure of system
- Trains radiology staff & other users (as needed) on how to use the system; access data; & create reports
- Produces reports to support business need of the area
- In addition to defined technical requirements, accountable for consistently demonstrating service behaviors & principles defined by the KP Service Quality Credo, the KP Mission as well as specific departmental/organizational initiatives
- Also accountable for consistently demonstrating the knowledge, skills, abilities, & behaviors necessary to provide superior & culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, & to purchasers, contracted providers & vendors

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years w/ system implementation, maintenance, documentation & training w/ radiology or similar system required
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management information systems, health care, radiology or related area
- Knowledge of radiology information systems & personal computer applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in clinical area preferred
- Personal computer experience w/maintenance, configuration,& operation of both software& hardware devices
-Knowledgeable w/networking principles, configuring TCPIP information, basic network routing information, DNS information,& connnectivity troubleshooting
-Desire strong customer service skill
-Base level application development knowledge& some degree of HTML knowledge is a plus
