Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Resources or related field of study
· 3+ years experience working in an HR Benefits communications capacity
· Must possess superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work well with various project teams and with all levels of the organization
· Must possess superior organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a sense of urgency as well as a high degree of accuracy
· Proven abilities required in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously within required deadlines
· Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
· Strong team member who is willing to express his/her ideas in a collaborative effort and who willingly receives constructive feedback from others
Desired Skills/Experience:
· Experience in working with communication content on intranet and web
Ability to lead project team
· Exposure to SAP
