Job description
The Test Analyst participates in requirements and design reviews to gain understanding of project/release objectives as requested. This role develops, reviews, and finalizes Test Strategy Document, provides feedback on requirements and design documents as well as participates and provides feedback for the test plan reviews. Additional responsibilities also include updating the Requirements Traceability Matrix in order to include the test scenarios, and provide project and application input for the overall release strategy to IBM Functional Test Manager. This role also assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year experience in Translating business needs and rules into requirements
- At least 1 year experience in Test Plan/Cases creation/execution
- At least 1 year experience in Software development full life-cycle
- At least 1 year experience in Ability to communicate clearly in team environment and multiple levels of management
- Readiness to travel Up to 1 day a week
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- At least 3 years experience in Translating business needs and rules into requirements
- At least 3 years experience in Test Plan/Cases creation/execution
- At least 3 years experience in Software development full life-cycle
- At least 3 years experience in Ability to communicate clearly in team environment and multiple levels of management
- English : Intermediate
