Job description

The candidate for the Business Analyst / SME role should have experience as BA in an application development for a complex data warehouse within a healthcare organization. The identified candidate will function within a client facing role and collaborate with Business users, technical resources & test Specialists.

Candidates for this role should have the following skills:
- Informatica, Teradata, Evaluation of Healthcare Insurance Claims, Membership & supportive business functions with the context of best practices, human resource policies & legal requirements.
- Identify the business process gaps
â?? Business requirement gathering & build business case for process improvements
â?? Preparation of functional specification documents
â?? Setting up communication with Solution Architects & technical consultants.
â?? Ability to work within a multi-vendor environment.
â?? Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Ability to work within a multi-vendor environment.

Required

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years experience in providing BA supporting large database services in a (24x7) environment.
• At least 3 years experience in requirements gathering for large databases (Teradata, SQL, Informatica SAA and others)
• At least 3 years experience in managing off shore support shifts.
• At least 3 years experience in prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment
• At least 3 years experience in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• English: Basic knowledge

Preferred

• At least 5 years experience in providing BA supporting large database services in a (24x7) environment.
• At least 5 years experience in requirements gathering for large databases (Teradata, SQL, Informatica SAA and others)
• At least 5 years experience in managing off shore support shifts.
• At least 5 years experience in prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment
• At least 5 years experience in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• English : Intermediate
