Johnson & Johnson's Ethicon Biosurgery business is recruiting for MBA Interns located in Somerville, NJ. These internships will occur over a 10-12 week period during the Summer of 2013.

The Ethicon Biosurgery business offers a broad range of products, platforms and technologies-including hemostatic agents, biologics and synthetic sealants-that are used in a wide variety of minimally invasive and open surgical procedures. Specialties include Neuro, Spine, Cardiac, Urologic, Gynecologic and General Surgery.

The Biosurgicals Interns will report directly to our strategic marketing leaders. Students will be responsible for a fully integrated project within the marketing organization (such as pricing pilot in specific markets or a specific facet of patient education campaign). The Interns will be given specific objectives at outset of assignment and will be expected to present key results and learning prior to return to MBA program. As an MBA Intern, students will utilize analytical skills to uncover trends and opportunities in assigned area of market assessment, formulate and effectively communicate findings and solutions within regional, as well as to platform team for global dissemination.

Qualifications


In order to be eligible for this position, the MBA candidate will be enrolled in an accredited MBA Program with graduation planned for 2014. A minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience required. Experience in Marketing, Product Management, Market Research, Sales, Business Development, Licensing and Acquisitions, Professional Medical Education, or related field preferred.

Must be a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The individual must possess a strong marketing and healthcare interest as well as the strong leadership skills to pursue each project with enthusiasm and passion.
