DePuy Synthes Spine is the Spine business offering a comprehensive portfolio of spinal care solutions for the treatment of the most simple to the most complex spine disorders using traditional and minimally invasive techniques.

The Offer Development Analyst will provide support for all aspects of the customer contract continuum from initial preparation of documents through contract execution. The Offer Development Analyst is responsible for contracts within an assigned geographic region, partnering with the Corporate Accounts, Legal, Contract Analytics and Administration teams and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Offer Development Analyst will serve as a contracting expert and deliver training as needed to regional distributor offices in order to optimize the contracting process from both an external and internal perspective. The Offer Development Analyst will understand company pricing strategies across all products and customer segments, and implement those strategies within customer contracts; Understand contract terms and conditions and be able to use superior judgment in finding common ground during negotiation; Develop a deep understanding of Company's products and usage to identify areas of opportunity and risk.

Qualifications


A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. MBA or ad advanced degree is required. A minimum of 3 years of business experience is required. Previous experience with a contracting process terms preferred, along with familiarity with legal terminology. Intermediate Level Skills in MS Word and Excel is required. Cognos, Filemaker Pro, PowerPoint experience is desirable. Attentiveness to detail, strong editing skills and facile knowledge of the English language grammar required. Excellent verbal & written interpersonal skills are required, with all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously with critical deadlines. Must be organized and flexible around rapidly changing priorities in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work occasionally outside of normal business hours. This position is located in Raynham, MA and may require travel up to 10%.
