Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated interest/aptitude in agriculture and seed manufacturing
- Valid driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- Shift work is required seasonally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience using SAP is a plus
- Mechanical abilities (Able to operate and trouble shoot equipment)

- Certified Crop Advisor
