Qualifications
Required Skills / Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work various shifts, pending season
- Ability to travel to and stay in remote growing areas within the state of Iowa during the planting and detasseling seasons
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work both in a team environment and on your own
Desired Skills / Experience:
- Mechanical abilities (able to operate and trouble shoot equipment)
- Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems / Basic computer skills
- College degree
- Prior agricultural experience
- Certified Crop Advisor
