Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Fair understanding of Brazilian labor legislation.
- Technical background in Coaching
- Prior experience in at least one of HR specialist area (Compensation, TM, TA, OD)
- Very good technical background on coaching
- Master degree in HR related areas
- Around 8 years of experience in HR
- Fluent or nearly fluent in oral and writing.
Competencies:
- Build strong relationship and network internally in HR
- Courage and candor to give appropriate feedback for leaders
- Results orientation, to understand business/area needs and propose and implement appropriated actions.
- Detect potential problems and anticipate its solutions.
- Leadership and people development focus
