Description

1. Understand, analyze and define the customer demands of the specific non-clinician stakeholder education program and assist the curriculum development;

2. Develop the Provider/ Policy Maker training program plan. Design and develop the hospital management training programs to meet the different demands of intermediate and high-level Provider/ or policy makers for the hospital management training program

3. Work with the project management team and internal business department closely to implement the training programs in a quality and efficient manner; evaluate and feedback the learning effect, continuously optimize the project process and enhance the quality.;

4. Maintain the resources of the Provider/ Policy Maker training program (including the Ministry of Health, Association, Business School, faculty, etc.), set up the education platform of this program to realize the resource sharing within the company, and gradually establish the non-clinician stakeholder education faculty team;

5. Cooperate with the Compliance Department and Legal Department closely to ensure that the program meets the corporate compliance requirements;

6. Lead, organize, manage and motivate the team, effectively direct and develop subordinates to continuously enhance their individual abilities and the efficiency and effectiveness of the whole team;

7. Implement the internal and external communication and publicity of the program.

Qualifications


1. MBA degree preferred

2. 6~8 working experience in marketing or key account management in Healthcare industry, Hospital management experience preferred

3. Proficient in oral and written English;

4. Proficient in Office
