Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP)

The Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a two year program designed to successfully develop future business leaders throughout the Johnson & Johnson Finance organization.

FLDP participants complete two, twelve month rotational assignments. The first will be at their hiring company, with the subsequent rotation at a different Johnson & Johnson operating company which may be in another country. At the end of the program they return to the hiring company.

These rotational assignments are supplemented by six weeks of formal training over the course of the two-year program. Training covers in-depth leadership, technical skills and other areas critical to success in Johnson & Johnson. There is also regular coaching and feedback.

Qualifications


Successful candidates will need:

- Master's degree or similar education with coursework combining Business Administration and Financial Management
- Initial work experience of maximum 2 years
- Technical aptitude, strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluency in English; other European languages are an asset
- Willingness to relocate throughout Europe
- To demonstrate talent and drive
