Description

We are currently looking for a :

Surgery Global Process Improvement Analyst

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

- Drive transformational improvement projects within the Surgery Global Supply Chain through the use of Process Excellence, Lean practices or other appropriate methodology
- Proactively identify opportunities
- Able to select effective data from appropriate systems and able to carry out complex analysis for any business requests
- Translate data/process analysis into building a methodology/model, from which clear actions can be defined.
- Take accountability for implementing improvement opportunities through close collaboration with the impacted department/organization

- Perform modeling, simulations and scenario analysis
- Manage regional and global projects to deliver significant improvement in KPI's
- Benchmark and leverage best practices across business units, franchises and outside J&J.
- Able to solve problems and make decisions under time pressure.
- Able to manage complexity and operate under ambiguity.
- Cultivate an open-to-change mindset across the organization.
- Support any particular supply chain initiative as required.

Qualifications


Education and Experience

- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Logistics, Engineering, Business or Finance
- APICS Certification
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to visualize information and opportunities from data.
- Big picture orientation with attention to detail: can zoom in or out as needed
- Ability to translate complex situations into simple working solutions
- Good project management and communication skills
- Persuading and influencing others in different locations.
- Open-mind and debating attitude. Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Comfortable with dealing with senior management from various functions in an international environment.
- Can drive continuous process improvements.
- Proficient user of ERP and Planning systems
