Animas is currently recruiting a Quality Control Inspector for their West Chester, Pa. facility. This position will be for the 3rd Shift with the hours of: Monday - Friday from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

The Quality Control Inspector will inspect electronic, electromechanical or mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, components and finished product for compliance with acceptance criteria as defined by work instructions, specifications, drawings, samples or illustrations. The individual will conduct incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection to procedures, specifications, drawings, samples, or illustrations, as well as conduct 1st article inspections to specification, and review and maintain DHR documentation. The successful candidate will execute quality procedures for documentation and control of materials, maintain a clean and orderly workplace, and perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications


A minimum of a High School/Trade school diploma or equivalent is required. The basic understanding of regulatory requirements such as FDA QSR's, ISO 13485:2003 is required. Experience in a regulated work environment is required. Ability to read and interpret drawings and other specifications is required. Prior inspection experience is preferred. Must be able to work with general supervision, partner with appropriate departments, and communicate effectively.
