The MBA Summer Intern is a franchise-aligned position in the Supply Chain Management organization and the individual will play a critical role in the delivery of the group's key metrics - customer service, forecast accuracy, and inventory. The MBA Summer Intern's specific project(s) will focus on strategic inventory planning and management, and will support the organization's goals and objectives by supporting improved customer service, value creation, developing talent, supply chain reliability, and/or new product launches. Other project work may include such areas of supply chain management as: tactical planning of site/products, forecasting improvements, sales and operations planning, long-term capacity planning, and /or other process improvements.

Qualifications


Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status).

Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred -Cumulative.

Must currently be enrolled (not necessarily taking classes) in an accredited college or university and pursuing a graduate degree in business during the time of internship.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel strongly preferred.

Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills, leadership qualities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives all while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.

Be a self-starter with ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist.

Must be able to provide your own transportation to and from work on a daily basis.

Candidate must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) during the 3 month summer intern session.
