This position develops and implements methodology for analytical models and statistical data analysis and interpretation. Analyzes IMS data and interprets business impact of data trends and makes recommendations for action to the brand teams. Leads forecasting meetings and manages development of final forecast and assumptions for assigned areas. Designs and produces weekly and monthly reports and tracking metrics to assist brand teams in understanding and managing the business. Identifies, evaluates and manages patient longitudinal databases and analyses in support of assigned oncology products. Must be able to develop complex analytical algorithms to analyze longitudinal patient data and interpret results.
The Senior Manager is expected to work independently with members of the brand team and upper management to identify business needs and then develop methodologies and analyses to address those needs. Must be able to facilitate meetings and draw teams to appropriate conclusions and recommendations. Must be able to independently develop project definitions, project plans, deadlines and dependencies, then manage project to full completion meeting deadlines and requirements. Will develop and implement complex methodologies for analytical models and statistical data analysis as well as interpretation of the data. The Sr. Manager will analyze patient treatment algorithms and develop and utilize patient flow models. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for preparing presentations and presenting forecast overviews to board level management.

Qualifications
BA/BS is required, preferably in an analytical discipline such as statistics, economics, finance, mathematics, or quantitative social sciences. Masters or MBA is preferred. At least 3 years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience is preferred. At least 7 years of general business analytics along with at least 4 years in forecast modeling is preferred. Proficiency in modeling and reporting tools, specifically, Excel is required. Proficiency in PowerPoint also required. MS Access, SAS and broad-based awareness of other modeling software such as Crystal Ball is preferred. Knowledge of IMS data is required. Knowledge of biologics or oncology market is a plus, as well as experience in developing and utilizing patient flow models. Proven track record of managing in a matrix environment where a high degree of collaboration is needed. Excellent proven leadership, collaboration, communication and analytical skills are required. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, sometimes requiring managing and leading without authority as needed. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and upper management to impact decision-making; outstanding communication skills; ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and communicate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely. Strong skills in strategic thinking and initiative are required. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, presentation and leadership skills are also required. This position is based in Horsham, PA and may require 10% travel.
