Description

This position will be accountable for:

1. Understanding and meeting company needs in souring external resources as to sustain business growth;

2. Developing and deploying sourcing strategy for assigned categories independently; The categories are likely to be strategically prioritized or focused with certain extent of complexity and diversity;

3. Supporting internal stakeholders by required satisfaction level to meet their sourcing requests with right quality and most competitive price.

4. Leading and managing the execution of company procurement policy to ensure good compliance;

5. Sourcing and managing suppliers

6. Optimizing sourcing and purchasing process for improved efficiency and effectiveness;

7. Managing to hit set target against all KPIs including cost management, supplier management, internal customer management, compliance management and workflow management

8. Lead or support JNJ cross company sourcing strategy by assigned categories as to maximize the value to all JNJ affiliates

The Key Responsiblities:

1. Category sourcing strategy development and implementation

2. Supplier sourcing and management

3. Activity based sourcing to meet stakeholders requirements on external resources to ensure quality supplying by most competitive price and committed service level

4. Manage to hit the cost saving target

5. Lead or support cross company sourcing project by assigned category

6. Ensure the flawless execution of company procurement policy for compliance

7. Optimize the sourcing and purchasing process for improved efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications


Ø Bachelor degree minimum, preferred majors in Supply Chain, Marketing or Commercial Trading; MBA would be a plus

Ø Good command of both oral and written English

Ø Good PC skills

Ø Excellent communication skills

Ø Experience of E-sourcing

Ø Required knowledge of filed expertise including:

Ø Excellent negotiation skills

Ø Good command of sourcing process

Ø Supplier management

Ø 3 years IMS procurement experience at least, working experience in MNC would be preferred

Ø Knowledge and experience of ERP system, especially SAP

Ø Have experience in marketing research, event, and public relationship commodity

Ø Integrity and strong sense of business ethical

Ø Proactive and willing to work under pressure

Ø Self-motivated and customer oriented

Ø Be willing to work with team and good sense of collaboration
