Job Target

Scope for this position is for One-China (all Consumer Companies) and North Asia (incl. Korea, others), includes both in-house and external manufacturing.

Base of operations location : Beijing or Shanghai; travel 30-40%, depending on base location of operations

To ensure that the site equipment, working environment and processes are in-line with J&J hygienic standard;

To develop site hygienic strategies, goals, and objectives in accordance with J&J standards;

To manage site micro robustness program;

To assure that all products produced meet company and regulatory microbiological standards.

Job responsibility
- Conduct regular micro risk assessment per current supplier chain processes start from material receive in to FG delivery out, including equipment, working environment and plant environment, internal and central W/H, facility and utility and fucos on manufacturing process
- Lead and implement micro robustness program, which include equipment design review and modification, process, working environment review and improvement. Approve related document per request.
- Work with production, QA, TA and engineering team for on-site troubleshooting and take actions to prevent potential micro contamination issues
- Prepare micro contamination analysis report and management action plan
- Set up manufacture process and working environment hygiene requirements, CCP(Critical Control Point) and SOP.
- Set up manufacture equipment hygiene requirements, specification and standard.
- Lead improvement of C&S process
- Interface with QA group to integrate micro standard and implication to equipment and process
- Interface with regional SME to implement any regional initiatives and best practice sharing
- Prepare customized training material and provide hygiene training for the related employees

- No critical finding on micro risk assessment from internal audit
- Zero micro contamination accident in manufacture area
- Develop effective and efficient C&S process
- Continuous improvement on housekeeping
- Develop hygiene training matrix for related employees and complete hygiene training courses on time.

Bachelor (preferable Master degree) with major in Engineering, Bio-engineering, Biology or Microbiology

Minimum 7-8 years above in cosmetic or pharmaceutical company

1.Engineering knowledge on DI water system, transfer piping
