Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Marketing Analytics Consultant for our Search Strategy & Marketing Analytics team within Direct Marketing. Our team, working closely with Business Line teams, manages search marketing strategy cross the organization. We also conduct in-depth analysis and research to design and enhance a variety of acquisition and retention programs online as well as offline for Individual and Family, Small Business and Medicare health plan products nationwide across regions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, search marketing and data analysis, a fast learner with demonstrated intellectual curiosity, highly analytical and able to communicate complex analytics into actionable recommendations.
Essential Functions:
- Provide in-depth analytic support and work closely with the agencies and internal business partners to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of search marketing strategies in relation to other digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Design and maintain regular reporting on key metrics for search marketing campaigns, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct research to identify and to apply cutting edge digital marketing strategy and web analytical tools, including but not limited to design of experiment, optimization, cross channel attribution.
- Identify data sources internally and externally, extract and cleanse & compile data for analysis.
- Develop and conduct data mining as well as statistical analysis on both online and offline data sets.
- Recommend and communicate analysis results to business partners with actionable strategies.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum: Four (4)+ years of related experience OR master's degree and one (1)+ years of experience
- Preferred: At least five (5) years of related experience
- Master's degree preferred
- Thorough knowledge of membership, rates, financial, economic and competitive data.
- Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, market strategy practices, and standards.
- Full knowledge of industry practices.
- Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus working knowledge of other related fields.
- Skilled in MS Excel, Access and other databases. Must know how to manipulate databases such as MS Excel and/or Access, as well as manipulating reports and generating reports
